Anne
DeVoe offers comprehensive real estate services to both buyers and
sellers. She specializes in community/property identification and
evaluation, property marketing, negotiation of purchase/sale
contracts, and supporting clients with transaction-related needs.
Anne possesses a strong appreciation for architectural design, urban
planning principles, and the humanistic aspects of real estate
sales. She uses these skills to help clients clarify their personal
objectives and evaluate the livability of specific
communities/properties in light of those objectives. Her approach is
direct, honest, challenging and supportive, and she is known for
helping clients consider all aspects of a real estate transaction.
Anne joined the Cook Yuhas Team, Coldwell Banker King Thompson, in
2004 and has helped clients buy and sell over $13,000,000 in real
estate.
Prior to becoming a real estate sales professional, Anne practiced
transactional law at Bricker & Eckler LLP and worked as the
marketing director for Lincoln Street Studio (f/k/a Frank Elmer
Associates), an architecture firm recognized for design and urban
planning.
Anne has served in a number of volunteer roles, including President
of the Junior League of Columbus. She is a member of the Childhood
League and is helping establish the Columbus Chapter of the Swedish
American Chamber of Commerce - Ohio. In recognition of her volunteer
efforts, Anne was designated a Northwest Woman of the Year by the
Upper Arlington Rotary Club in 2008.
