Hannah attended Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York and has been working with buyers and sellers for over 20 years. She has completed over $100 million in sales and combined forces with Sharon in 2003 to provide a superior level of service and results for clients. Hannah specializes in representing buyers and sellers in residential as well as investment properties. She maintains added expertise in assisting clients with contract negotiation and other complex real estate issues. Hannah received the Ohio Association of Realtors President’s Sales Club Award of Excellence in 2004 , the Ohio Association of Realtors President’s Sales Club Award of Distinction in 2005 and the Ohio Association of Realtors Pinnacle of Performance in 2006 through 2009. She is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors One, Five and Ten Million Dollar Clubs.

Hannah is committed to serving the community and supporting the schools. She chaired fundraisers while serving as an active member of the Junior League of Columbus. Presently, she is a Junior League Sustainer, and is a past President of the Northwest Area Realtors Association.

Hannah and Sharon have earned the Ohio Association of Realtors 2009 Pinnacle of Performance Award, are members of the Coldwell Banker King Thompson President’s Council and Cabinet, qualified for the Coldwell Banker King Thompson International Premier Award (top 1% of the International Company) and are very proud to have earned the Top Selling/Top Closing Large Team for the Arlington office and the top Large Team of the entire Coldwell Banker King Thompson Company in Columbus, Ohio.
