
Sharon’s insight, flexibility,

contracts enable her to obtain results for her clients time and time
again. Her strategic planning creates opportunities for each client
to obtain the best results possible.
Sharon thrives on
productivity, the busier she is the more energy she generates. She
formed the Cook Yuhas Team to provide service beyond expectation for
their clients.
A graduate of Bowling Green State
University, Sharon has been serving the Real Estate needs of Buyers
and Sellers in the Columbus area since 1986 and has completed well over
$300 million in sales. She has dedicated her career to the pursuit
of excellence and professionalism and has the highest reputation for
integrity among her peers in the profession.
Sharon has distinguished her
credentials as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Senior Housing
Specialist, Graduate, Real Estate Institute (GRI), and Certified
Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation earned by only 5% of Realtors
nationally. She is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors 25
Million Dollar Club, the Ohio Association of Realtors President’s
Sales Club 2009 Pinnacle of Performance Award, is a charter member
of the Coldwell Banker King Thompson President’s Cabinet and
has been named to the NRT’s Top 100 Sales Team for the 4th quarter
of 2009 which is shared with only the top 1%
of NRT’s international sales associates. The Cook Yuhas Team continues to
excel as they were awarded the #1 in Selling and Closing for the Upper
Arlington office 2009, the #1 Large Team 2009 and continue to lead
as #1 Large Team 2010 year to date.
Sharon has and continues to be
very involved in the community. She has served as President of Delta
Gamma Alumnae Group, presently serves on the Board of Trustees for
Trinity United Methodist church, as well as participating in the
Altar Guild. She is a member of Four Seasons Garden Club, which
maintains the Tremont Fountain Garden, and holds membership in the
Ohio State University Medical Center Service Board, as well as the
Franklin Park Conservatory Board.
Sharon was appointed in 1998
to serve a nine-year term on the Board of Trustees of Bowling Green
State University, serving as chairman during the end of her tenure.
Presently she is serving as a charter member of the Student
Affairs Advocates Board.
